The Versatile Pontoon Boat
With the state of the nation and the economy in general such as it is these days, are you also trying to get maybe the best bang for your buck? Maybe you should consider acquiring a pontoon boat for the maybe the best versatile boating platform available. I know around here and especially as far as our finances are concerned we are watching everything very carefully anymore.Anything we manage to purchase anymore has to be very utilitarian and versatile for us to justify parting with our hard won and earned money. So if something I own is not really able to pull its weight I'm all for parting ways with it.It's always a shame to sometimes let things go I know, but you're a better person than me if you can keep up with all of the taxes, fees, trailer plates, and insurance for too many toys. There was a time I actually had four different boats scattered either around the yard, or paying storage to keep somewhere else. Well at least for the moment I'm now down to my favorite two, and maybe I'll also be able to manage to keep up with them and keep them current and legal for use.
Keeping the pontoon boat was in reality a real no brainer, they are the ultimate versatile platform able to perform so many boating tasks adequately enough. Though I miss my little fishing boat some, there are also a lot of reasons that I also won't.For example I can remember well one of the last times we had her out in a rather large body of water we were fishing on. It was late morning or early afternoon after having a very pleasant morning on the water, when some fools in a fair size cruiser decided to play lets swamp the john boat. Those darn fools went around again and again holding up there resources and cheering their Captain on in their attempts to complete their new found game. Now I'd like you to realize that being in the middle of a fair size lake with a bunch of fools in fair size cruiser, dedicated in their attempts to swamp you is somewhere you'd probably rather not be. Now I did have a nice little 16 foot john boat with a 9.9 on it and it was a nice stable sturdy little boat, but it sure wasn't going to outrun them and it also wasn't meant for the kind of wakes and chops those darn fools were sending our way ether. It took all the skills that I had and also probably a lot of luck on our part to ultimately survive their bit of fun, but they did manage to turn everything in our boat upside down for their efforts. I was never again felt safe and comfortable when on the water in that boat and ended up selling it.
We now have and extensively use a pontoon boat for basically all of our adventures on the water. Sure they are big and bulky and maybe a bit cumbersome to deal with sometimes, but it's just so wonderful to have the ability to stretch and move around. Often when we're out and especially when the fish aren’t cooperating the wife loves to curl up in the generous shade of the bimini top, therefore then lost in the depths of her latest Nora Roberts novel. Sometimes some of our friends will also join our excursions on our pontoon boat just to share the opportunity to be on the water and maybe also do a little fishing with us. Then there's always to the entertainment and amusement of onlookers the opportunity to observe the next spectacular snag or overhead limb someone, usually me is able to capture. My inherent abilities of catching snags is usually far more entertaining than any talent I have at catching fish most of the time anyway. The wife at times though can run some really stiff competition in this event, and almost exclusively always wins the biggest snag award and you'll never see me challenge her for that title.

I can't think of any other boat a person could own that can beat the overall versatility of the pontoon boat platform. You can load up a group of friends or family for a pleasant morning of fishing. Then maybe beach it onto a sandbar and break out the grill and prepare some freshly caught fish while the kids are playing in the sand. You could then choose to linger and engage with other boaters who also always seem to gather at any available sandbar while the kids take a nap. Or maybe you'd rather just break out the water toys for a pleasant afternoon of family fun and entertainment on the water. A well equipped pontoon boat can safely perform all these tasks and more reasonably well. They may not be the best boat available for these many tasks, but I challenge you to find another single more versatile platform capable of doing as much as well.

You could have included the address of the link into the comments for review. All I would have had to done was highlight the address and Google would have brought it right up for review for appropriate and kid safe format and potential approval here.
